Hey, I’m Tony.

I’ve spent most of my life at the intersection of two worlds that aren’t supposed to go together.

The world of numbers, risk, and financial strategy. And the world of people: their potential, their ideas, and everything they’re quietly holding back.

For more than two decades, I worked inside some of the world’s most ambitious organizations. From global consumer brands to high-growth biotech companies, I was the person responsible for the kinds of decisions that kept people up at night.

I was good at it. But somewhere along the way, I started noticing something that my spreadsheets couldn’t capture.

The people with the best ideas weren’t always the ones being tapped for answers.

Growing up, I watched my parents work harder than anyone I knew.

As immigrants, work wasn’t just about paying the bills. It was how you proved you belonged and how you earned your place. For a long time, I wore that belief like a badge. The longer the hours, the more I felt I was worth.

What I didn’t realize was that I had so much more to offer beyond the the titles I was assigned at work. I was never only someone who could crunch the numbers that mattered. I was always someone who could see a world of potential outside the neat confines of my job description.

But I hid that ability so completely that, by the time I was deep into a career where the margins for error were razor thin, I’d almost forgotten that was part of my identity in the first place.

Almost.

Because even then, I kept noticing something:

The operations leader who had the most creative idea wouldn’t speak up in the meeting.

The mid-level manager with a perspective that could have shifted how we saw our organization’s future would sit quietly because they worried it wasn’t their place to say anything.

People who felt defined by their functions, their titles, and their departments slowly, almost imperceptibly, learned to stay inside the lines.

When I eventually left that world and started over, the blank page I faced forced a question I’d always wondered but never asked before:

Who are we when the title is gone?

The answer pointed me back to that person who saw things differently. Back to the part of myself who spent years being so “professional” that I hid my full potential at work.

Reigniting that part of myself changed everything about how I do what I do.

Today, I help leaders and teams illuminate the hidden brilliance they've been holding back, so they can turn that into how they show up, lead, and work every day.

I do that through keynote speaking, workshops, coaching, and a body of work that includes two books, a podcast, and a community built around one enduring idea:

The most powerful accelerator inside any organization is the potential that’s already there, waiting to be seen.

I use art as a modality, poetry as a way in, and conversation as the vehicle. Not because it’s unusual, but because it works.

Because when people stop performing their titles and start showing up as everything they are, the work gets better. The culture gets better. And people stop burning out trying to be someone they’re not.
