An Inspired Poem: The Temple of Wonder

Rediscover the power of wonder and curiosity, and explore how museums, art, and imagination can awaken new questions and possibilities.

This is not just a building.
It’s a cathedral of curiosity.
A place where wonder whispers
from every corner,
where time folds in on itself
and says,
Look again.

Here, imagination is not a luxury,
it’s the air.
You breathe in the brushstrokes
of a long-gone hand
and exhale a new question.

The bones of creatures
who once ruled the earth
stand beside delicate sketches
of impossible dreams,
both equally holy.

You do not walk these halls,
you wander.
You wonder.
You remember
what it’s like
to be lit up
by the mere possibility
of something you don’t yet understand.

A museum does not give answers.
It invites you to follow threads,
to stand still and travel
all at once.

Here, the ordinary becomes myth,
and the forgotten becomes flame.

And somewhere
between the marble floors
and the quiet awe,
you remember that you, too,
are a living exhibit,
unfinished,
unfolding,
magnificently curious.

If this resonated with you and you’re thinking about what it might look like to bring more of this into your work, I’d invite you to stay connected.
